Introduction
I'm starting a LJ blog to document different methods in which to ruin an online game of DotA on Battle.net.
The goal of DotA game stuffing (or a form of griefing as some people may refer to it as) is of course, to prevent all players from finishing the game (destroying the Frozen Throne or World Tree) by (any) means of encouraging them to leave the game while having fun manipulating other players to bring out their inner fire (rage). This is mostly achieved through inciting an irrational bout of childish rage whereby the victim(s) quit the game. Sometimes people will quit the game out of shame if you taunt them enough, but this is less common and what I see a lot is a combination of rage and shame.
All of this is not difficult when the majority of DotA players are 13yr old noobs - more discussion of the word 'noob' and its usefulness in game stuffing later. When a strong number of players leave (rage quit), this provokes a cascading series of leavers whereby each cumulative leaver adds to the positive feedback mechanism of discontentment and unfufillment that works to ruin the game. From this, it is important to note that the game will crumble by itself (passive action) after you put effort into encouraging a few people to leave (active action).
This LJ blog attempts to document my own experiences, and it focuses on the hindrance of allied players to ruin the game. This is effective and easier than the alternative, as after a few people leave, the rest will follow suit and abandon game --- HUGE SUCCESS YATAAAA!! "(^~^)"
